The Kids Program here at TCA consists of a well rounded grappling game of wrestling, brazilian jiu jitsu and submission grappling with some self defense and striking added into it as well. For the Kids classes ages 7-13 it is a faster paced class with a strong emphisis on competition. Our kids have proven themselves time and time again and many tournaments in and around Texas.

   The Tiny Kids class ages 4-6, is strictly a brazilian jiu jitsu and wrestling based class with no striking. In this session the Coach's goal is to form a strong base and understanding of grappling and the ground game. Submissions are not emphisised at the early ages but towards growing old enough and entering the Kids class eventually basic submissions will become part of the game.

   We have a very strong unity with our kid students, adult students and parents. TCA invites you to become part of Team Trinity where your son or daughter can learn the art of grappling along with dicipline, respect and kindness to others!
